APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, and as part of the Board's ongoing 
succession planning process, the Board of Directors of the Issuer ("Board") wishes to advise noteholders of the following:

Effective 1 October 2026, Mr Michael Georg Dietz and Mr Denis Guven have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors of Daimler Truck Southern 
Africa.

The appointments of Mr Michael Georg Dietz and Mr Denis Guven have been made in accordance with the Issuer's Nomination of Directors Policy. 
The Issuer's Nomination Committee is satisfied that, following these appointments, the Board collectively possesses the necessary skills, 
expertise and diversity to effectively fulfil its responsibilities.
