BELL EQUIPMENT CONCLUDES A SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH HITACHI
CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY AMERICAS INC.

Bell is pleased to announce that it has entered into a supply
agreement with Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas
Inc.(“HCMA”), under which Bell will supply LANDCROS-branded
articulated dump trucks (“ADTs”) to HCMA for distribution
through their own network in the United States and Canada.

This agreement is in alignment with the long-term strategy of
Bell, of growing production volumes of its ADT product line for
supply into the United States and Canadian markets.

Bell-branded ADTs will continue to be distributed by Bell Trucks
America Inc. (“BTA”), the Company’s non-exclusive, independent
distributor in the United States.

HCMA is owned by Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd (“HCM”)
which is recognised globally as a provider of premium
construction and mining equipment. HCM has previously announced
that, effective 1 April 2027, it will change its corporate name
to LANDCROS Corporation and adopt LANDCROS as its corporate
brand.

The first LANDCROS-branded ADTs will be supplied by Bell to HCMA
from April 2027.
