Holders of the listed SBEN77 Equity Share Linked Notes (“the
Notes”) which are redeeming on Wednesday, 30 September 2026
(“the Maturity Date”) are informed that the level of the index
was determined and calculated on Thursday, 17 September 2026 as
1661.15.

Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:

1. Holders will receive on the Maturity    Date   an   amount   of
   90 000 South African cents per Note.


2. After the payment to holders as set out in paragraph 1 above
   on the Maturity Date, the Notes (SBEN77) will be de-listed
   from the JSE on Thursday, 01 October 2026.
