CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, debtholders are hereby notified that Mrs. Bongi Majozi (previously Dube) has resigned as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee of MW Asset Rentals, with effect from 11 September 2026, to pursue other career opportunities.
Debtholders are further advised that Ms. Sinombulelo Somhlahlo has been appointed to the board to replace Bongi as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee, with effect from 11 September 2026.
Sinombulelo Somhlahlo is an accomplished accountant with extensive experience across structured finance, financial services, and SME environments.
The board would like to thank Bongi for her invaluable contribution and assistance over the years and would like to congratulate and welcome Sinombulelo.
