Holders of the listed SBEN48 Equity Index Linked Notes (“the
Notes”) which are redeeming on 22 September 2026 are reminded
that:

The holders of the Notes will instruct Standard Bank to pay the
redemption amount of the Notes to the holder of the Notes on 22
September 2026 (“the Maturity Date”) to the account of the
holder.

After payment of the Notes on 22 September 2026, the Notes
(SBEN48) will be de-listed from the JSE.
