Results of Dividend Reinvestment Plan – 2026 Final Dividend
On 18 August 2026, the Board of BHP determined to pay a final dividend of 99 US cents per share for the
full year ended 30 June 2026. As announced on 18 August 2026, BHP’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP)
operated in respect of the 2026 final dividend. Full terms and conditions of the DRP and details about how
to participate can be found at bhp.com/DRP.

Eligible shareholders who elected to participate in the DRP have now been allocated shares. The DRP
Allocation Price was calculated for each jurisdiction as an average of the price paid for all shares actually
purchased to satisfy DRP elections. The DRP Allocation Price applicable to each exchange for the 2026
final dividend is as follows:
