FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 07 September 2026
relation to the changes to the board of directors of the Issuer.

The Issuer wishes to further advise noteholders of the cessation of Ms Bongiwe Majozi’s and
Mr Tom O’Connell’s memberships from the audit committee and the social and ethics
committee and the appointment of Ms Rosalind Mary Friedericksen and Mr Richard Ian
Angus to the audit committee and to the social and ethics committee because of the changes
to the board.
