APPOINTMENT OF NEW MEMBERS TO 4SIGHT’S EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE


Shareholders are advised that 4Sight has appointed three accomplished technology and business leaders to its Executive
Committee as the Group accelerates the execution of its AI-first growth strategy and positions the business for its next
phase of sustainable expansion.

Effective immediately, Clark Fourie has been appointed Chief Information Technology Officer, Jeandré du Randt has
been appointed Chief Business Environment Officer, and Essich Wassenaar has been appointed Group Frontier
Operations Officer. For clarity, Clark, Jeandré and Essich have not been appointed as directors or prescribed officers of
4Sight.

Clark holds a Masters degree in Information Technology, as well as an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business
Science. He was previously the director and co-owner of XFour Solutions Proprietary Limited prior to its acquisition
by 4Sight as announced in April 2025. Clark served as 4Sight’s Group AI Transformation Officer prior to his elevation
to Chief Information Technology Officer.

Jeandré holds a BSc degree in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics from the University of Pretoria. He also holds an
MBA and a certification in strategic leadership, both from the Gordon Institute of Business Science. Jeandré was a
managing member of NeoVox Solutions before joining 4Sight in September 2020. He most recently served as the
Innovation Lead in 4Sight’s Business Environment Division, where he was responsible for formulating and executing
growth strategies to establish new revenue streams in emerging markets.

Essich holds a BEng degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Pretoria. He started his
career as an engineer at Telkom before accepting a position as a senior developer at 4Sight in August 2019. Essich then
served as 4Sight’s Divisional Technical Director, before most recently serving as the Operation Internal AI Lead in the
4Sight Shared Services business unit.

4Sight congratulates Clark, Jeandré and Essich on their appointments and looks forward to their continued contributions
to the Group.
