S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces September 2026 Quarterly Rebalance of the S&P/ASX

Orion Minerals Ltd (ASX/JSE: ORN) (Orion or the Company) is pleased to advise shareholders and investors
that S&P Dow Jones Indices has announced changes to the S&P/ASX Indices as a result of the September
quarterly review (Index Announcement) indicating that Orion will be added to the ASX All Ordinaries Index.
