DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT AND CHANGE TO BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

The CMH Board hereby notifies shareholders that Dr. Anuschka Coovadia has been appointed to the
Board as an independent, non-executive director effective 1 October 2026. She has also been
appointed to the Company’s audit and risk assessment committee.

Dr. Coovadia holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) qualification and a Master’s degree
in Health Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and has also completed various
management and actuarial courses. She is the founder and managing director of Usizo Advisory
Solutions and is presently an independent non-executive director of Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited.
She previously served as Head of Healthcare and Life Sciences for Africa at KPMG.

The CMH Board confirms that, in compliance with paragraph 6.73 of the JSE Listings Requirements, a
fit and proper assessment has been conducted, and the Board is satisfied with the outcome.
Additionally, in compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company confirms that there are
no positive statements to report in respect of the integrity information contained in the director’s
declaration of Dr. Coovadia.

The appointment will be placed before shareholders for approval at the Company’s next annual
general meeting, in 2027.
