CHANGE IN DIRECTOR CLASSIFICATION


The Board of Directors advises shareholders and noteholders that, with effect from 2 September 2026, Mr Nigel Payne’s
classification will change to that of non-independent non-executive director, given his tenure beyond the nine-year threshold
typically referenced by many institutional shareholders. As previously announced by Vukile on 24 July 2026, Mr James
Formby will assume the role of Lead Independent Director with effect from 2 September 2026.
