note (the “Note”), following the semi-annual payment in terms of the Note’s amortising schedule in
accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality
ZAR8 billion Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, effective 19 October 2026.
