CHANGE TO THE ROLE OF THE DIRECTOR

In accordance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors (“the
Board”) of Wesizwe wishes to advise shareholders that Ms Dawn Mokhobo has stepped
down from her position as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee (“ARC”) of the Board,
with immediate effect.

The Board is currently identifying and recruiting a suitable candidate to fill the resulting
vacancy on the ARC, in accordance with applicable regulatory and governance
requirements.

The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation to Ms Mokhobo for her commitment,
contribution and dedicated service to the ARC.
