APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS

Following the voting against the reappointment of the Company’s former Auditors, at the
Annual Meeting held on Tuesday, 18 August 2026, the Company is pleased to announce
the appointment of Nexia Baker & Arenson with immediate effect.

Numeral Ltd has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary
listing on the AltX of the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3 and the Mauritian Securities Act 2005.
