Shareholders are advised that in accordance with paragraph
12.7(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 6 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE, the Company’s 2026 BBBEE certificate
has been issued, and it has successfully retained a Level 1
BBBEE contributor status.

The annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the
Broad-Based Black Empowerment (“B-BBEE”) Amendment Act 46 of
2013, has been submitted to the B-BBEE Commission and is
available on the Famous Brand’s website at
