RICHEFOND CIRCLE (RF) LIMITED – CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Melanie Lorraine De Nysschen is appointed
as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee of the Company
with effect from 14 September 2026 (“effective date”). Melanie replaces Bongiwe Lynette Majozi
from the effective date.

Bongiwe has resigned from the board to pursue new opportunities.

The Board expresses its gratitude to the leadership of Bongiwe during her tenure at Richefond
Circle (RF) Limited. The Board welcomes Melanie to the Company.
