Tap Issuance

The Issuer hereby notifies investors of a further tap issue of 200,000 FNIB36 Notes (Notes) under the Warrant and
Note Programme.

The additional Notes will be issued at a price of R1000.00 (100,000c) per Note and, once issued, the Notes will be
fungible with the existing listed Notes bearing JSE Alpha Code FNIB36.

Accordingly, the total number of Notes in issue under this instrument will increase to 500,000 securities.

The additional Notes are expected to commence trading on the JSE on 29 September 2026.
