FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s previous cautionary announcements, the last of which
was published on 28 September 2026, advising that engagements regarding a potential transaction
remained ongoing and that the Board’s decision to defer the court process relating to the Company’s
contemplated provisional liquidation remained in place.
The Board has considered the final offer received in respect of the potential transaction and resolved
not to accept it in its present form. Accordingly, discussions have been terminated without agreement
being reached in respect of the potential transaction.
Shareholders are further referred to the announcement released on SENS on 26 August 2026,
advising that the liquidation application brought against the Company by Seodi Coal (Pty) Ltd was
struck from the urgent roll by the High Court. The application was subsequently set down for hearing
on 2 November 2026. The Company will advise shareholders of the outcome once confirmed.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made
