Holders of the BNP Index Securities due 2 May 2030 are referred to the announcement released on 14 April 2025 relating to the fixed payment 
amount details.

BNP wishes to advise holders that the use of the word “Rate” in “Fixed Rate in ZAR per Share” and “Fixed Rate in Cents per Share” was incorrect 
and that the word is therefore replaced with the word “Payment”.

All other information contained in the announcement remains unchanged.
