NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND AUDIT COMMITTEE

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
the board of directors of iNguza wishes to advise noteholders that Bongiwe Lynette Majozi has resigned as
an independent non-executive director of the Issuer with immediate effect. The reason for the change is
due to Bongiwe seeking other opportunities. Furthermore, Rosalind Friedericksen has been appointed as
an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.

Consequently, Bongiwe Lynette Majozi will step down as a member of the Audit Committee and
Rosalind Friedericksen will be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
