In compliance with paragraph 6.75 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that Mr Sean Johnson, a director of Quantum, is also a director of Silverlands East Africa
Limited (“SEAL”), a company incorporated in Uganda that no longer trades and is in the process of
winding up. Accordingly, SEAL has been put into voluntary liquidation and Mr Johnson has updated his
schedule 1 director’s disclosure in this regard.
