BANK WINDHOEK’S NAMIBIAN AND SOUTH AFRICAN CREDIT RATINGS AFFIRMED WITH
STABLE OUTLOOK

Noteholders are advised that the rating agency Global Credit Rating Company (“GCR”) has
reviewed the Namibian and South African ratings of Bank Windhoek.

Bank Windhoek’s Namibian long-term national scale issuer rating was affirmed at AA+(NA). The
short-term issuer rating was affirmed at A1+(NA). At the same time, the South African long-term
issuer rating was affirmed at A+(ZA). The rating outlook remains Stable.
