In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Limited (“the Corporation”)
hereby notifies the noteholders of the appointment of the following members to the IDC Board of
Directors as non-executive Directors.


The appointed Board members are:

The appointment of the directors will be made pursuant to the Issuer’s policy dealing with the nomination
of directors of and is in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Development Corporation Act
No. 22 of 1940, as amended, relating to the composition and size of the Board.
