CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMPOSITION OF THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE


Shareholders are advised that Ms Linda de Beer has resigned as an independent non-executive director of
Hospitality, with effect from 5 February 2018. Ms de Beer also served as the lead independent director and
the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Ms de Beer has served on the Board of Hospitality since August 2011. The Board wishes to thank
Ms de Beer for her valuable contribution to the Company during her tenure and wish her every success in
the future and her pursuance of new opportunities.

The Audit and Risk Committee remains properly constituted with three independent non-executive
members. An announcement in respect of the replacement of Ms de Beer as the Audit Committee Chair and
lead independent director will be made in due course.
