LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWWAVE USD EXCHANGE TRADED NOTES

Following subscriptions in respect of 1,000,000 NEWUSD Notes, an additional 1,000,000 NEWUSD
Notes have, from commencement of business today, been issued and listed on the JSE at an issue
price of approximately ZAR19.35 per NEWUSD Note.

After the additional issue, there will be 43,335,177 NEWUSD Notes in issue.
