RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Accentuate shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders held
today, Friday, 18 January 2019, all the ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the notice of AGM, were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy.
The number of Accentuate shares voted in person or by proxy was 116 597 970 representing 86.12% of the
total issued share capital that can be exercised at the AGM.
All resolutions proposed at the AGM, together with the percentage of shares abstained (as a percentage of
total issued share capital that can be exercised of the Company), ordinary shares voted (as a percentage of
total issued share capital that can be exercised of the Company) as well as the percentage of votes carried
for and against each resolution (as a percentage of shares voted), are as follows:
Ordinary resolution number 1 – Re-election of Ralph Patmore as an independent non-executive
director of the Company
