CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (a) and (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
Board of Directors of ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited (Board) wish to advise shareholders of the
following changes to the Board:

    1. As a result of changes to the ArcelorMittal Group reporting structure, Mr Ramesh Kothari
       has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 30 November
       2018. Mr Kothari was appointed to the Board on 11 June 2015. The Board wishes to thank
       him for his valuable contribution over the last 3 years.

    2. Following the recommendation of the Human Resources, Remunerations and Nominations
       Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Raman Karol, as a Non-
       Executive Director, with effect from 01 December 2018. Mr Karol is a Chartered Accountant
       with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds an MBA (Finance) from
       Rotterdam School of Management. Mr Raman Karol is a senior finance professional with 20
       years of experience in various finance functions and has been with the ArcelorMittal Group
       for 13 years. He is currently Vice President: Head of Group Accounting & Performance
       Management in Luxembourg.

Mr Karol is well qualified and has the necessary experience to effectively discharge his duties as
a Non-Executive Director of ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited. The Board congratulates Mr Karol
on his appointment as Non-Executive Director and looks forward to his contribution.
