RESIGNATION OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR


In compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Acsion ("Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that BDO South Africa Incorporated ("BDO") has
resigned as the Company's auditors and terminated its audit engagement, with effect from
Thursday,14 November 2024 ("Resignation").

BDO's stated reasons for their resignation were that Acsion lacked sufficiently adequate resources to be able
to release the financial statements timeously in accordance with paragraphs 3.15 and 3.16 of the JSE Listings
Requirements and that they had not received a timeous response from the Company in terms of their claims
for additional cost over-run fees.

Once a suitable external firm has been identified for appointment as the Company's independent auditor, the
requisite announcement will be released on SENS.
