NOTIFICATION OF A REVISED FORM OF PROXY

Further to the notice of annual general meeting released on SENS on 30 June 2026 ("AGM"), shareholders
are advised that the form of proxy forming part of the notice of AGM has been amended to provide for
separate voting on the individual components of Special Resolution 2 (approval of remuneration payable to
Non-Executive Directors for Board fees) and Special Resolution 3 (approval of remuneration payable to Non-
Executive Directors for committee participation).

Copies of a revised form of proxy are available at the Company's registered office, and the offices of the
transfer secretaries as well as on the Company's website at: www.altron-investors.com/agms.php.
