Notice is hereby given that the company's annual general meeting will be held in the main boardroom
at Accelerate's registered office, Cedar Square Shopping Centre, Management Office, 1 st Floor, Cnr
Willow Avenue and Cedar Road, Fourways, Johannesburg, on Monday, 9 September 2024 at 10:00
("AGM").


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that the integrated report, annual financial statements,
notice of AGM and King IV application register for the year ended 31 March 2024 have been made
available on the company's website at https://www.acceleratepf.co.za/investorcentre/ and will be
distributed to shareholders on Thursday, 8 August 2024.


The salient dates and times relating to the AGM are as follows:


Last day to trade to participate in and vote at the AGM                Tuesday, 27 August 2024
Record date for shareholders to participate in and vote at the AGM     Friday, 30 August 2024
Proxy forms should be lodged with the Transfer Secretaries,
Computershare Investor Services (Pty) Ltd, by no later than 10:00      Friday, 6 September 2024
Last day to lodge proxy forms with the Chairman of the AGM,
by no later than 10:00                                                 Monday, 9 September 2024
AGM to be held at 10:00                                                Monday, 9 September 2024
Results of AGM to be released on SENS                                  Tuesday, 10 September 2024
Noteholders are advised that pursuant to paragraphs 4.21 and 6.55 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings
Requirements, the updated King IV application register, incorporated by reference in Accelerate's
R5 000 000 000.00 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme dated 9 September 2014, has been
updated.


The updated King IV application register is available for inspection through a secure electronic manner
at    the      person    requesting      inspection     and     on     Accelerate's     website     at
