No Change Statement
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report incorporating the annual
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 has been finalised and will be distributed to
shareholders on 4 October 2019. It is also available on the Company’s website
(www.advancedhealth.co.za). The audited financial statements contain no modifications to the
reviewed results released on SENS on 29 August 2019.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of ordinary shareholders will be held at
10:00 on Friday, 8 November 2019, at Building 2, Walker Creek Office Park, 90 Florence Ribeiro
Avenue, Muckleneuk, Pretoria to transact the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting forming part of the integrated annual report.

Record Dates
The record date for the posting of the integrated annual report is Friday, 27 September 2019. The
record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in the Company’s
securities register in order to attend and vote at the meeting is Friday, 1 November 2019. The last
day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting will be Tuesday,
29 October 2019.

Shareholders are encouraged to view the notice of Annual General Meeting and integrated report
on the Company’s website.
