Shareholders are hereby advised that, following a verification process aligned to best practice, the amended
Property Sector Code and the Dti Codes of Good Practice, amongst others, Arrowhead's B-BBEE status for the
period 11 December 2018 to 10 December 2019 has been determined to be that of a Level 3 Contributor.
Shareholders are furthermore notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's
annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act
53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been
published and is available on the company's website, http://www.arrowheadproperties.co.za/arrowhead-
