THE YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2024, AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT, NOTICE OF VIRTUAL
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND B-BBEE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 31 March 2025 regarding the publication
of audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 august 2024, availability of integrated annual
report, notice of virtual annual general meeting and B-BBEE annual compliance report.
The JSE cloudlink was linked to a different document and not the audited consolidated annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 August 2024 ("2024 results"). Shareholders are advised that, this has been
corrected and the cloudlink 'https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2025/jse/isse/ayoe/senslf.pdf' has been
updated with the 2024 results accordingly.
No other changes have been made apart from the abovementioned update.
