RESULTS OF VOTING FOR PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 8 September 2025 and a circular distributed
to ordinary shareholders (the "Circular") relating to the proposed change of the Company's name from Altvest
Capital Limited to Africa Bitcoin Corporation Limited (the "Name Change") on the same day.
Shareholders are advised that the requisite threshold to pass the Name Change resolution has been met.
The voting for the Name Change are as follows:
Altvest has 11 000 000 ordinary shares in issue, of which 8 660 267 shares were voted in respect of the Name
Change, representing 78.73% of the ordinary shares in issue.
