Trading update

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for
the period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% from the previous corresponding period.

A review by management of the financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2024 has indicated,
with a reasonable degree of certainty, that earnings per share ("EPS") of Brikor is expected to be a profit of
between 0.8 cents and 1.00 cents per share compared to that of the previous corresponding period which
reported EPS of 2.5 cents per share for the six months ended 31 August 2023. This equates to a decrease in
EPS of between 60% and 68% when compared to the previous reporting period.

Headline earnings per share ("HEPS") is expected to be a profit of between 1.00 cents and 1.20 cents per
share compared to the previous corresponding period which reported HEPS of 2.7 cents per share for the six
months ended 31 August 2023. This equates to a decrease in HEPS of between 56% and 63% when
compared to the previous reporting period.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by
Brikor's auditors. The Company's financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2024 are expected to
be released before the end of November 2024.
