VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: US$-DENOMINATED REG S / 144A SENIOR UNSECURED BENCHMARK OFFERING

Subsequent to the voluntary announcement dated 8 September 2025, Bidvest successfully priced an US$-
denominated Reg S / 144A senior unsecured seven-year bond of USD500mn at a coupon of 6.20%. The Notes,
to be issued by The Bidvest Group (UK) Plc, are guaranteed by Bidvest.
