CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING A POSSIBLE ACQUISITION BY CMH OF DIRECTOR-
OWNED PROPERTIES

Shareholders are advised that the board of CMH ("the Board") is presently pursuing an opportunity to purchase a
number of properties owned by certain of the executive directors of the Board and utilised by way of lease to CMH
for the purpose of operations. Independent valuations regarding the value of the properties have been obtained
and are being considered by both the related and independent directors of the Board.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further
announcement is made.
