DIRECTOR

Shareholders are hereby notified, in accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited (“JSE LR”), that the Company has received notification, in the prescribed form,
from MHMK Group Proprietary Limited (previously Mason Alexander Proprietary Limited) (“MHMK
Group”) has increased its beneficial interest in the Company to 56.6%.

In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE LR, shareholders are advised of the following
information relating to the dealings in securities by an associate of a director of the Company:
