DIVESTMENT BY ENX OF EQSTRA FLEET MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTICS – UPDATE ON TIMETABLE

Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 15 July 2019 which included the salient terms of the
divestment by enX of certain legal entities in which the business of Eqstra Fleet Management and Logistics
(“EFML”) is conducted, to Bidvest Bank Limited and the Bidvest Group Limited (collectively referred to as
“Bidvest”) (“the Transaction”).

The Transaction is classified as a Category 1 transaction in terms of Section 9 of the JSE Limited’s (“JSE”) Listings
Requirements. Accordingly, approval is required by enX shareholders for the requisite resolutions at a general
meeting of enX shareholders.

The Company has received dispensation from the JSE for the requirement to issue the circular to shareholders
setting out the full terms of the Transaction (“Circular”) , within 60 days from the 15 July 2019 announcement.
The Company intends to post the circular to shareholders on or about 11 October 2019. A further
announcement setting out the salient dates and times will be released in due course.
