DEALINGS IN SECURITIES

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), stakeholders are advised of
the following transactions by an associate of a director in the
Company’s securities.

The Company was made aware of these transactions on 17 January 2019
and immediately investigated them. After investigation it was found
that notwithstanding the disciplines in place that the Company be
notified of trades by the Panis Trust, due to a technical issue the
Company did not receive the notification from the brokers who were
responsible for the trades. The JSE has been notified of the
circumstances and were made aware of this SENS announcement. The
Company   will  engage  further   with  the  JSE   on  the  matter.
