We refer to the SENS announcement released on the 01 December 2025, and
notify holders that the JSE short name, namely FNB CAP5 will remain
unchanged. Please refer below to the updated salient dates relating to
the coupon payment

Description change for UBS Autocallable Note linked to the LUXS1E and the
EU30MPE Index (the "Notes") – Series 14.

The JSE has granted UBS AG approval to amend the description, as well as the
JSE long name for the abovementioned product.

Noteholders are advised that the ISIN (ZAE000347803); alpha code (FCP604)
and JSE short name (FNB CAP5) will not change and that the instrument will
retain its trading and financial reference data history.
