CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: RECEIPT OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND UPDATE TO THE NET ASSET VALUE

Holders of the FDETNC, FDETNQ, VSETNC and VSETNQ exchange-traded notes (ETNs) are referred to the announcements
released on SENS on Monday, 3 March 2025 (previous announcements), in respect of the receipt of dividend payment and
update to the net asset value of the ETNs. FRB notifies the holders of the ETNs that the reinvestment date contained in the
previous announcements were incorrect. As per published guidance, the dividends were synthetically reinvested, net of all
taxes, charges and fees, for the ETNs at the US closing price on Monday, 3 March 2025.
