FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE CHANGE OF NAME

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on the Stock Exchange News Service on 19 June
2025 in which they were advised that the proposed change of the Company's name from HomeChoice
International plc to Weaver Fintech Ltd ("Change of Name") had been approved by shareholders at the
general meeting convened for this purpose.

Shareholders are now advised that the special resolution relating to the Change of Name has been approved
by the Mauritian Registrar and that the Change of Name is therefore unconditional.

Accordingly, the Change of Name will be implemented in accordance with the following salient dates:

Termination date for trading under the name of "HomeChoice International                    Wednesday, 23 July
plc" and commencement of trading under the new Company name "Weaver
Fintech Ltd", new abbreviated name "WEAVER" and the new JSE share
code "WVR", as approved by the Mauritian Registrar

Record date for the Change of Name                                                             Friday, 25 July

Date that the accounts of dematerialised shareholders with their CSDP's or                     Monday, 28 July
brokers will be updated with the new name

Date that new share certificates will be issued to                                             Monday, 28 July
certificated shareholders, at their risk

Notes:
1. Shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise securities in the name of HIL after Tuesday, 22 July 2025.
2. Shareholders are reminded that shares in companies listed on the JSE can no longer be bought or sold on the JSE
   unless they have been dematerialised onto the Strate system. It is therefore suggested that certificated shareholders
   should consider dematerialising their shares and replacing them with electronic records of ownership. Therefore,
   certificated shareholders who have not yet appointed a CSDP or broker will have their new Weaver Fintech Ltd
   shares credited to Computershare Nominees (Pty) Ltd pending receipt of such information by the transfer secretaries,
   together with their documents of title.
