COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF THE SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA PORTFOLIO


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 23 September 2024, wherein the Company
advised that it had completed the AttAfrica Disposal (sale of the Company's interests in three Ghana shopping
centres).

Further to that, we are pleased to announce that the conditions precedent in respect of the disposal of Hyprop's
interest in Ikeja City Mall in Nigeria to Lango Real Estate Limited ("Gruppo Disposal") have also been fulfilled
and the Gruppo Disposal was completed.

Implementation of the AttAfrica Disposal (in relation to the Ghana assets) and the Gruppo Disposal (in relation
to the Nigerian asset) concludes the sale of all of Hyprop's Sub-Saharan Africa property assets, in exchange for
Lango Real Estate Limited shares.
