Declaration of dividend number 23

Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 23 has been declared from retained earnings
for the period from 30 November 2021 to and including 27 February 2022 amounting to 275.07600 USD
cents per Preference Share, converted to 4,273.30566 ZAR cents per Preference Share (using a
ZAR/USD exchange rate of 15.5350 as at 08 February 2022) payable to the Preference Shareholders
as recorded in the books of Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited (“the Company”) at the close of business
on Friday, 25 February 2022.

The relevant dates relating to the payment of dividend number 23 are as follows:

-   Preference Shareholders who are exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a gross
    dividend of 4,273.30566 ZAR cents per Preference Share
-   Preference Shareholders who are not exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a net
    dividend of 3,418.64453 ZAR cents per Preference Share.
