Notification of the amendment and restatement of the Appicable Pricing Supplement in respect
of the IVC353 Notes

Investec Bank Limited hereby gives notice, in accordance with the terms and conditions of its
ZAR20,000,000,000 Credit-Linked Note Programme dated 17 March 2021, of the occurrence of a
Bankruptcy Credit Event (the "Relevant Credit Event") on 27 May 2025, in respect of Altice France
SA (the "Relevant Reference Entity"), one of the constituent Reference Entities listed under the
iTraxx Crossover Index Series 43 (Bloomberg: ITRX XOVER CDSI S43 5Y Corp), which Index is
referenced under the IVC353 Notes. The Relevant Credit Event occurred as a result of the Relevant
Reference Entity having applied for the opening of accelerated safeguard proceedings from the Paris
Economic Activities Court. The Credit Event has been confirmed on a Public Source, being a
publication made by the Reference Entity itself.

The IVC353 Notes shall, pursuant to the terms as set out in the Applicable Pricing Supplement
executed in respect of the IVC353 Notes, not be early redeemed.

The first Reference Entity Determination Date has occurred in relation to the IVC353 Notes however,
the attachment point has not yet been reached.

The Applicable Pricing Supplement executed in respect of the IVC353 Notes will be amended and
restated to reflect that the first Reference Entity Determination Date has occurred.
