CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE DISPOSAL OF CANNAFRICA RELEASED ON 4 DECEMBER 2025
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 4 December 2025,
titled "Acceptance of Offer for the Disposal of CannAfrica from Africa Ntsha Trading
Solution (Pty) Ltd and Labat's Exit from the Healthcare Segment", and are advised that
the announcement contained an error under the section "Details of the Transaction."
The announcement incorrectly stated "Loss attributable to the disposal of R16 616 973"
The correct wording is: "Profit attributable to the disposal of R4 920 124"
This correction does not impact the categorisation of the transaction, which remains a
Category 2 transaction in terms of Section 9 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
Other than the correction above, all other information in the announcement remains
unchanged.
The Board of Directors of Labat Africa Limited accepts responsibility for the information
contained in this correction announcement and confirms that it is true and accurate to
the best of its knowledge and belief and that nothing has been omitted which is likely to
