UPDATE ON PUBLICATION DATE OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS


Shareholders are referred to the announcement made by the JSE on the 1 October 2025 regarding
the delay in the publication of its Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 May 2025.

The Board of Directors wishes to advise shareholders that, following the appointment of P Mapfumo
Accountants and Auditors (IRBA registration number: 903770), BG Nubong And Associates Inc, (IRBA
Registration No: 928931) and VanPag Chartered Accountants, (IRBA Registration No: 915876) as the
Company's new external auditors, the audit is progressing in line with the revised timetable.

The Annual Financial Statements will be published on or before 15 October 2025.

The Board and management remain committed to ensuring full compliance with the JSE Listings
Requirements and the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, and will update shareholders should there be
any material change to the expected date of publication.
