The board of directors of Lighthouse (the “Board”) wishes to inform shareholders of the company and the general public
that the condensed unaudited consolidated interim financial statements for the three and nine months ended 30 June 2019
have been published and can be viewed on the company’s website (www.lighthousecapital.mu/financials).

Lighthouse has primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM") and the
Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited ("JSE").
