NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

1. No change statement

   Shareholders are advised that the Company’s audited annual financial statements and Integrated
   Annual Report for the year ended 29 February 2020 are available on the Company’s website at
   www.mettleinvestments.com. Neither the audited annual financial statements nor the audit report
   contains any modifications to the summarised audited results, published on SENS on 29 May 2020.

   Shareholders are further advised that the Company’s Integrated Annual Report will be posted to
   shareholders today.

2. Notice of the Annual General Meeting

   Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders will be held via
   electronic means at 10:00 on Friday 14 August 2020.

   Shareholders or their duly authorised proxies who wish to participate in the AGM, must register to
   do so by lodging a completed Electronic Participation Application Form (form included in the Annual
   Report) by Wednesday, 12 August 2020 at 14:00.
